Experienced business leaders — typically 5+ years in, 25+ people — navigating difficult decisions: pricing overhauls, key hires, restructuring, positioning shifts. It's not for you if you want someone to build systems, manage a project, or 10x your revenue. There are great people who do that. I'm not one of them.
